Our office is usually manned from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. UK time from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We don't have a queuing system, so if there are no lines available you may get an engaged tone.

Mobile calls are routed to our office if the mobile line is busy or unavailable (at all times you pay the connection charge to the the mobile number: any forwarding is charged to our account).
