Industry-standard power amplifiers from 550W/channel to 1,000W/channelOur Social/Disco, Small Concert, 1.5kW and 3kW systems are stereo 3-way, bi-amplified, using a dbx Driverack PA system controller, with a crossover frequency of 125Hz (high pass and low pass filters are Linkwitz-Riley 24dB/Octave). Our Announcement, Monitor and Vocal systems use two-way passive speakers, also with dbx Driverack PA system controllers. We use amplifiers manufactured by QSC, principally: QSC PLX3102
QSC amps sound great with Martin Audio Blackline speakers. The PLX3102 (2 x 1,000 watts into 4 Ohms) is outstanding. QSC PLX1804
The PLX1804 - 2 x 900 watts into 4 Ohms - is much the same as the PLX3102, but without filters or 2Ω capability. We don't drive 2Ω loads anyway. The Martin Audio Wavefront (W8C) systems......are stereo 4-Way, fully active. The crossovers are Martin Audio MX5 controllers, and the amplifiers are Crown MA2400 and MA3600.
