Announcement PA System
Our 600W Announcement PA System is designed for public speaking or announcement in small to medium-sized auditoriums (up to about 250 people) where speakers may find it difficult to reach all areas of the room unamplified. It is also suitable for dance instructors or other indoor group activity leaders (where an optional headset radio microphone - ideal for hands-free speech - may be substituted for the hand-held microphone that is usually supplied with this system).
With additional inputs for other sound sources (including laptops and MP3-players) it can also be used for background music or dance tracks, or double as a music system where high-powered bass loudspeakers are not required.

System Details
Microphone
This system is supplied with a Sennheiser XSW wireless microphone and receiver.
With a choice of handset, headset, or lapel microphone), this true diversity system is highly immune to dropout, interference and feedback: your audience will only hear what they are meant to hear.
Mixer
The Announcement System is supplied with a Soundcraft EFX-8 rack-mounted analogue mixer.
The EFX-8 is an excellent small-frame mixer, with 8 mono and 2 stereo channels.
Although it is easy to use as a basic level-control, additional channel facilities and onboard effects are there if you need them.
Loudspeaker System
Two Martin Audio F10 loudspeakers
From Martin Audio's Blackline range, the F10 provides everything you need in intelligibility, clarity and projection from a compact, naturally-voiced cabinet.
The loudspeakers are supplied with a pair of Proel SPSK300 air-cushioned stands and enough OFC loudspeaker cable to allow optimum placement in almost any environment.
A dbx Driverack PA system controller
We set the dbx DriveRack PA controller to ensure the system delivers optimum performance. With automatic feedback suppression filters, it ensures adequate level and pristine delivery can be maintained without unwanted effects.
A QSC PLX1804 amplifier
Providing 2 × 550 Watts per channel with the 8Ω loudspeakers supplied, the PLX1804 allows the loudspeakers to achieve their full output without distortion.
We can supply additional radio microphones, as well as a range of audio-visual equipment (DVD players, projector screens, recording equipment, etc.) for use with this system. Please call us if you would like to discuss your requirements.
