Allen & Heath Mixing Consoles for Live PA

• Full Concert PA Systems

Most live performances will be supplied with an Allen & Heath GL2200 (24 channel).

These mixers are superb - completely transparent & with loads of facilities. Allen & Heath describe the GL2200 as the "go anywhere, do anything mixer", and it is! Excellent with anything, it is outstanding with a big or busy mix.

With up to 6 (pre- or post-fade) auxiliary channels, the GL2200 is equally happy as a front-of-house or dedicated monitor console, as well as combining both roles without difficulty.

We can supply mixers for larger PA productions on request. If you want a different mixer, or need a second mixer for on-stage monitoring, please ask us.

• Smaller Concert PA Systems

Smaller events can often be managed using an Allen & Heath MixWizard WZ3 16:2.

The latest in the MixWizard range, the 16:2 version boasts 16 full mono channels, onboard effects - as well as pretty much everything a sound engineer might need - in a 19" frame.

• Announcement & Vocal/Acoustic PA Systems

Where only a few channels are required, the Allen & Heath WZ3 12:2 is an excellent substitute for its larger stablemates.

This versatile mixer has 8 mono & 2 stereo channels, as well as six auxiliary channels and a built-in effects unit.

• Disco equipment

The Vestax VMC-002XL is a simple two-channel crossfade DJ mixer. Unlike many basic DJ mixers - which have unbalanced Phono outputs - this is built to professional standards. It can be used on its own with any amplifier and loudspeaker system, or can be easily routed through the main console of any PA system that includes one of the PA mixers detailed above.

Where more channels or a more advanced level of operation is required, the Pioneer DJM-600 provides all the DJ control you could wish for. Like the smaller Vestax, it can be used alone, or easily routed through the main PA console.
